All orders containing sauces have to be done through the contact page. I can't adjust the shipping to suit the actual cost between provinces. If you contact me I can make a custom button to suit your order with the actual cost of shipping. Otherwise it will charge way too much. I am trying to figure out how to customize the options a bit better but Paypal is hard to get answers from sometimes
This recipe is the culmination of almost 20 years of trying not to make Grandmas typical ketchup and mustard sauce. I've finally nailed it down and it is amazing. Used with Uncle B's dry rub, you'll end up with ribs that could contend with the world's best. Thick, sweet, tangy and spicy, This is the stuff dreams are made of.

Hot Chili Sauce
This is my take on a taco sauce. It is made with Jalapeno and tomato and flavoured with chili spices, garlic, onion and Uncle B's hot paprika powder. This stuff isn't super hot but it is super delicious.
Heat Level: 2/10
A savoury sauce made from Jalapeno, lime and onion and finished with fresh cilantro right before bottling. The cilantro gives it a nice fresh flavour. This sauce has a mild to medium heat level and goes well with so many different things.

Cayenne Louisiana is precicely what it sounds like. This is my take on a traditional Louisiana style, aged Cayenne hot sauce. It goes well on everything and if you add some butter you'll have the world's finest Buffalo wing sauce.
Heat Level: 4/10
Sweet Thai Chili is a nice mix of garlic, ginger and thai chilis. It is a sweet sauce that sticks to your ribs and goes well with spring rolls, samosas, wraps, salad dressings etc...

Cornucopia of fire is one of our most popular sauces. It is made by aging the end of season harvest. There are over 40 varieties of peppers fermented with with a mix of ripe, green and dried peppers. Sundried tomatoes are added to give it a very full flavour and I finish it with raw honey from the farm to smooth the sharpness of the vinegar.
Heat Level 7/10
This is one of my fall specials. It is made with fresh grated horseradish from the garden, a tonne of Peruvian white Bullets and white Naga peppers. Fresh raw honey from the farm gives this a hint of sweetness that really enhances the taste. It has a bunch of heat and a fantastic flavour and is a very limited edition.
Heat level: 7/10
This is a fermented pepper sauce in the Louisiana style.with a hint of sweetness to round out the sharpness of the vinegar. This is an everyday table sauce. The flavour isn't over powering so it will blend subtly, enhancing the flavour and adding a good kick of heat to whatever you're eating.
Heat level 7/10
This is a very limited edition sauce. The Ghost and Scorpion peppers were fermented for 6 weeks. The mash is then blended with hickory smoked tomatoes, fresh pressed apple cider and a tonne of smokey 100% maple syrup. I then season it with salt and pepper and blend in some apple cider vinegar. This is my go to sauce this time of year but it doesn't last long as it's really tasty stuff.
Heat Level: 8/10
The deep red and bright yellow colours of the ripe Habaneros and mangoes give this sauce a vibrant, rich orange orange colour. The habaneros give this sauce a fresh flavour and a tonne of heat while the mangoes give it a smooth texture and a touch sweetness that help soften the blow from the pepper's heat.
Heat Level: 9/10
This is 100% pure maple syrup infused with Morugas, Ghosties and 7 Pot peppers. The trees are tapped with a brace and bit and the sap is hand collected with buckets then boiled down over an open fire. This gives the syrup a very robust, smokey flavour that blends perfectly with the fruity flavour of the super hot peppers. This syrup is smoking hot but you'll punish yourself until it's gone and beg for more. Great on pretty much anything you would eat with maple syrup. Ice Cream, French toast, coffee, marinades, glazes. The options are endless
