All of our seeds are hand harvested, cleaned and sorted to bring you only the healthiest seeds.  We do not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides in our gardens and you won’t find any gmo’s here. Many of our seeds are heritage breeds.

We live in Hardiness Zone 4b so it's not the ideal spot for growing chilies but between the gardens and greenhouses we make it happen. All varieties have to be started early in order to reach maturity.

This season I have labeled some of the varieties as Open Pollinated. These varieties were not secluded under tents. This simply means that there is a chance of cross pollination with these varieties.

This variant came from the open pollenated yellow scorpion seeds  the mother is Yellow Scorpion, pollen source unknown. They are quite fruity smelling and the flavour is fruity flavoured with a bit of sweetness detected before the heat starts melting your mouth. The plants grew large and were very productive. The pods were large, beautiful. twisted and bumpy. This is a very nice pepper.

White Naga - 10 Seeds/ $7.00

Species : Chinense

Heat: Very Hot

This pepper grew very well and had a huge yield for a year 1 plant in Northern Ontario. It was very hot and had a super fragrant, fruity smell. The flavour is sweet and fruity as well and the heat level will have you seeing God

White 7Pot - 10 Seeds/ $7.00

Species : Chinense

Heat: Very Hot

The White 7 pot  plants grew around 3.5 feet tall for me and yielded around 50 or 60 peppers each. The peppers were fruity and sweet with an enormous amount of heat. This was my best plant this season. Easily one of my favourites to grow and to eat.

Yellow 7Pot - 10 Seeds/ $6.00
Open Pollinated

Species: Chinense

Heat Level: Over 1,000,000 scovilles

These 7 pots were a shade of yellow that was a bit pale compared to the bright yellow that I'm used to seeing. They are very hot peppers with a fruity aroma.

Demon Heart Chile - 10 seeds/ $7.00

Species: Chinense

Heat Level: 750,000+ scovilles

I have been selectively saving the seeds that originally started as a Chocolate habanero but must have crossed somewhere. With what is anyone's guess but the shape, heat and aroma suggests to me that it was with one of the scorpions. This is a 4th season hybrid so it isn't fully stable but I didn't have much variance this year from a dozen plants.

Species: Chinense

Scovilles: 800,000 -ish

I got these seeds from Refining Fire Chilies a couple years ago. It is a long and slender pod that ripens to a creamy white colour with deepening yellow hues as time goes on.  They have a super gnarled and bumpy texture. More than the average ghost for sure.

White Ghost - 10 seeds/ $7.00
Red Ghost - 10 seeds/ $7.00

Species: Chinense

Scovilles: 1,000,000+

This pepper is native to the northeast of India, particularly the Assam region, Bhut Jolokia plants can grow upwards of 3′. with 2.5 - 4" fruits that are melt your face off hot with a fruity, citrus flavour.

Species: Chinense

Heat: 400,000 SHU

The yellow Ghost is a natural variant of it's red counterpart. It isn't quite as hot but still clocks in at double what a habanero is.

I find the yellow ones have a fruitier flavour to them.

.

Yellow Ghost - 10 seeds/ $7.00

Species: Chinense

Heat: 1,000,000+

The Chocolate Ghost is a rare natural variant of the Bhut Jolokia. It has all of the fire of the Red Bhut Jolokia but has a slightly sweeter and more earthy flavour.

Chocolate Ghost - 10+ Seeds/ $7.00
Black Ghost - 10+ Seeds/ $7.00

Species:  Chinense,

Heat:N/A

This is a beautiful pepper. The pods are very dark purple but look jet black until the start to ripen. Then a deep red starts to show through the black in the divots. It is a cross between a red ghost and Pimenta De Neyde chile. The plants pranches grow quickly but they seem to vine more than bush out. This causes them to be quite delicate so you may want to support them. This variety isn't quite stable so you can expect some variants

Dirty B - 10+ Seeds/ $6.00

Mother Plant: Unknown

Pollen source: Unknown.

I got the Dirty B in a trade. He said he had been growing it out for a few years. I have been selectively breeding this one for the last few years and they seem to be a lot more stable this season. This sweet and fruity pepper has a lot of heat and impeccable flavour. This is one of my favourite peppers

Manitoulin Viper- 10+ Seeds $5.00

Species: Capsicum Chinense,

Heat: 400,000 – 700,000 scovilles.

This Hybrid is in it's 6th year and is pretty stable by this point. The pods ripen to a bright orange and have a super fruity smell and flavour with a touch of sweet and a tonne of heat.

This is a Ghost pepper hybrid that I've been selectively saving the small pods from for the past 7 seasons.. It has a similar flavour to a ghost pepper and is the same size and shape as a Datil pepper. The heat level is a bit less than a ghost but still painful.

Tehkummah Peach - 15 Seeds/$6.00

Species:  Capscicum Chinense

Scovilles: 450,000 - 750,000 SHU

The Tehkummah Peach is a variety that grew from a pack of Chocolate Douglah seeds. I'm not sure what it is crossed with but it has been one of the best tasting peppers I have come across. It is very hot with  a sweet  floral aroma that is much stronger than the other super hots and similar flavour to the 7 pots and scorpion varieties

Species:  Chinense

Scovilles: 250,000 SHU

Datils are similar in heat to a habanero but they are much sweeter with a fruity, tangy flavour. These awesome peppers grow in abundance on large bushy plants.
